  • Basil OO & Red Apple, Strawberry, or Lemongrass-Mint Balsamic
  • Walnut Oil & Blackberry-Ginger or Cinnamon Pear Balsamic

Meat Sauce & Marinade Blends (generally 1/2 oil to 1/2 balsamic)
  • Chipotle OO with Espresso or Jalapeno Balsamic (great on pork loin or hearty meats)
  • Baklouti Pepper OO with Honey Ginger Balsamic (enchilladas or fish tacos)
  • Lime or Lemon Olive Oil with Honey Ginger Balsamic (great on chicken or fish)
  • Garlic OO with Raspberry or other dark fruit balsamic - glaze on finished meat
  • Wild Mushroom & Sage OO with Fig Balsamic (great as glaze for lamb)
